Spacer uses advanced AI to transform your room photos. Simply capture or select a photo, choose a style, and the AI will generate a professionally styled version of your room while preserving its structure and layout.
Image generation can fail for a few reasons: poor internet connection, the image being too large, or temporary server issues. Try checking your connection, using a smaller image, or waiting a few minutes and trying again. If the problem persists, contact support.
AI results can vary. Try creating a new project with your image to generate a new version with the same style. You can also try a different style preset, or ensure your original photo has good lighting and shows the room clearly. Avoid extremely cluttered or dark photos for best results.
After viewing your styled result, tap the download icon to save the image directly to your camera roll. You'll need to grant Spacer permission to access your photo library when prompted.
Yes, we take privacy seriously. We may process uploaded images using third-party cloud infrastructure and AI processing services in order to generate styled images. Generated styled outputs may also be stored securely for up to 48 hours so the app can retrieve completed results if processing finishes after the initial request. We don't use your images for training, advertising, or sale to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Spacer may temporarily store generated styled outputs securely for up to 48 hours to support delayed result retrieval and recovery from interrupted processing. These stored outputs are automatically deleted after that window.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Spacer purchase, and follow the prompts. For subscription issues, you can also manage subscriptions in your iPhone Settings under your Apple ID.
To delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at support@aptic.nz with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Include the email address associated with your account. We'll process your request within 7 business days.
