Spacer uses advanced AI to transform your room photos. Simply capture or select a photo, choose a style from our Style Wheel selector, and the AI will generate a professionally styled version of your room while preserving its structure and layout.
Image generation can fail for a few reasons: poor internet connection, the image being too large, or temporary server issues. Try checking your connection, using a smaller image, or waiting a few minutes and trying again. If the problem persists, contact support.
AI results can vary. Try hitting the "Retry" button to generate a new version with the same style. You can also try a different style preset, or ensure your original photo has good lighting and shows the room clearly. Avoid extremely cluttered or dark photos for best results.
After viewing your styled result, tap the download icon to save the image directly to your camera roll. You'll need to grant Spacer permission to access your photo library when prompted.
Yes, we take privacy seriously. We don't store your images on our servers — they're processed and returned to you. Images are sent to Google's generative AI for processing, subject to their terms. We don't use your images for training. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
No, we don't store user-submitted images on our own servers. Images are processed in memory and returned to your device. Your styled results are stored locally on your device only.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Spacer purchase, and follow the prompts. For subscription issues, you can also manage subscriptions in your iPhone Settings under your Apple ID.
To delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at support@aptic.nz with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Include the email address associated with your account. We'll process your request within 7 business days.
